Order and payment. Today's payment covers the product only (USD 350). You pay through PayPal and add your order number to the payment note.

Freight. Shipping is not included. Checkout shows an estimated reference based on destination and packed size; the actual carrier freight is confirmed and invoiced separately through PayPal before dispatch, and the parcel ships only after the freight is settled.

Final sale and withdrawal. Goods are handmade to your order. Under EU and UK consumer-rights rules, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; once production begins the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. After-sales issues are handled by email case by case.

Import taxes and duties. Product price and freight exclude import VAT, customs duties and any carrier clearance fees, which the buyer pays on delivery.

Handmade variance. As a handcrafted item, wood grain, print layers, paint and landscaping vary slightly from the listing images; such variation is not a defect and is not a return ground.

Materials and care. Parts are FDM/SLA 3D-printed in PLA and eco-resin with wood boards. PLA softens around 60 °C: display indoors in a dry place, away from heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight. The motorized garage door is powered by AA batteries, which are not included and must be supplied by the buyer; install them only as described in the manual and remove them during long periods of storage.

Not a toy. This is an adult collector display model (recommended 14+). It contains small parts that present a choking hazard and requires adult assembly; it is not intended for children under 14.

Receipt and damage. Inspect the parcel on delivery. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item and packaging, retaining all packaging; later claims may not be recoverable from the carrier.

IP and privacy. KKM64 and Mike's Villa Garage are our marks; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any die-cast car brand, and pictured cars belong to their respective owners. We process your name, address and email only to fulfil and support your order, via our hosting, form/email and PayPal providers; approximate IP geolocation only selects language and currency and is not stored. We never sell personal data. Email us to access, correct or delete it.
